HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROOKLYN!!

Brooklyn is the most loving, cuddly, little girl. She calls me "Momo" and it has stuck. Not only does she talk and understand concepts far beyond her years, but she is physically advanced, too, and is able to do many things that the older kids do. She dances like a star, runs fast, does finger plays, counts, sings songs, remembers everything, plays at the gym with the big kids, jokes with Papa, and loves to have her ears "pierced" by Momo. She is crazy about books and tries to get you to read 6 or 7 before she goes to bed. She follows the story and text of even higher level picture books. Brooklyn loves Elmo and is having an Elmo birthday party complete with a yummy Elmo cake, Elmo pinata, and Elmo toys. This morning she woke up and squealed so loud because she KNEW it was her 2 year old birthday. In fact, she has been squealing all day when you mention it. Her hair is growing and is getting darker and she loves to wear her headbands across the middle of her forehead!!! (new fashion trend!) We all love Brooklyn and we are so excited to spend this birthday with her!!

What a darling picture! How fun that you are able to spend her 2nd Birthday with her. You are dedicated grandparents to make the trip to Omaha and to take Brea too. What a fun cousin reunion and party. Tell her Happy Birthday and hello to all
